Objective

The specific objective is to improve women’s reproductive health and newborn health services by promoting better quality integrated health services at the specialist level through strengthening the health services of the Maternity Hospital at Kassala Health Citadel.

Activities

1.1. Review executive design of civil works related to the targeted facilities from available technical documentation.

1.2. Implementation upgrading interventions and civil works.

2.1. Supply of medical equipment, various sanitary materials and consumables to improve and hospital sanitary conditions.

3.1 Training of Kassala Health Citadel Maternity Hospital’s technical services staff for ongoing maintenance of hospital infrastructure and facilities, medical equipment and laboratory equipment.

3.2 Training of the Maternity Hospital of Kassala Health Citadel staff assigned to human and financial resource management and the various areas related to the organization of health services and the operation of the hospital as a whole.
